1. Opting Out of Communications
If you no longer wish to receive booking confirmations, follow-up reminders, or promotional messages from us via WhatsApp or email, simply let us know and we will stop contacting you for those purposes. Essential messages relating to a booking you’ve already made (e.g. confirming an appointment time) may still be sent while that booking is active.
2. Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and request that we correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date.
3. Requesting Deletion
You may request that we delete your personal information from our records, where we are not legally required to retain it (for example, for accounting or legal record-keeping purposes).
4. Cookie Choices
Our website may use cookies via www.lice-hunters.co.za/Jetpack for basic site functionality and analytics. You can manage or block cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site display or function.
5. WhatsApp
Since bookings are handled over WhatsApp, you’re also able to manage your own message and data settings directly within the WhatsApp app, in line with WhatsApp’s own privacy controls.
